COTTAGE RENTALS

Our on-site management office helps Summer Village owners rent their one- or two-bedroom cottages when they are unable to enjoy summer days in Wells themselves. Cottages are rented on a weekly basis during the peak season and nightly, with a two night minimum, during the off-season.

All cottages rented through our professionally managed rental service include:

• Full access to all the activities and amenities at Summer Village
• Fully-equipped kitchens
• Linens and bath towels provided
• Hairdryer, iron and board, clock radio and coffee maker
