Our on-site management office helps Summer Village owners rent their one- or two-bedroom cottages when they are unable to enjoy summer days in Wells themselves. Cottage owners must meet our high standards to participate in the rental program and commit to fully furnishing and equipping their cottages. Since all rental cottages are privately owned, décor and furnishings will vary. Every cottage is filled with special architectural touches, including extra-large windows, 9’ ceilings, and 12’ sliders that open up the living area to a three-season porch. Each three-season porch features 5’ high glider windows with screens and an old-fashioned ceiling fan.
