Rates:

For the 2010 season, cottages will be rented on a weekly basis during the peak season, and nightly, with a 2 night minimum, during the off-season.  Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday only.  The weekly rental rates will be as follows:

There will be a 5% discount offered to all returning customers at Summer Village.

Terms:

Amenities: All facilities and amenities are restricted to registered guests only, with parking limited to two vehicles per cottage, additional parking is available in the overflow parking area. All facilities and amenities are inclusive in the rental rate, i.e., no extra fees.

Check Out:  10 AM
Check In:      3 PM

Reservation Deposit: All reservations are guaranteed by a deposit of 1/3 of the total, inclusive of the 7% Maine Lodging tax.

Credit Cards Accepted; Visa/Master Card, Discover and American Express accepted

Cancellation: If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date, a refund less a $25.00 cancellation fee will be issued. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, NO refund is given. A no show/no call also forfeits the deposit. Sorry, no refunds will be issued for early departures.

Pets: For the convenience and comfort of all, pets are not allowed on the premise.
