Rates & Specials - 2012

Cottages will be rented on a weekly basis during the peak season, and weekly and nightly (with a 2 night minimum), during the off-peak season. Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday only. The weekly rental rates will be as follows:

The above rates do not include the Maine State 7% lodging tax.

Specials

In order to obtain special pricing, you must meet the specific eligibility requirements of that special.

Terms:

Amenities: All facilities and amenities are restricted to registered guests only, with parking limited to two vehicles per cottage. Additional parking is available in the overflow parking area.  All facilities and amenities are inclusive in the rental rate (i.e., no extra fees).  with the following exceptions: boat, trailer and camper storage. Please contact the front office for fee information.

Rates are final at the time of reservation.

Sorry, no refunds will be issued for late arrivals or early departures.

Reservation Deposit: All reservations are guaranteed by a deposit of 1/3 of the total, inclusive of the 7% Maine Lodging tax.

Credit Cards Accepted; Visa/Master Card and Discover accepted.

Cancellation: If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date, a refund (less a $25.00 cancellation fee) will be issued. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, NO refund is given. A no show/no call also forfeits the deposit. Sorry, no refunds will be issued for late arrivals or early departures.

Pets: For the convenience and comfort of all, pets are not allowed in the guest cottages.
