Summer Village Deposit and Cancellation Policy
All reservation must be guaranteed by a deposit of 1/3 of the total amount of the reservation, inclusive of the Maine Lodging tax. Notification of a cancellation must be received at least 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation in order to receive a full refund of the deposit, less a $25.00 processing fee. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, NO refund is given. A no show/no call also forfeits the deposit. Sorry, no refunds will be issued for early departures.

Modifying a Reservation
To change a current reservation please call Reservations at 1-800-839-3995. We shall make every effort to accommodate the changes.
